We will provide you with the best care. When traditional dental treatment
is not effective, surgical solutions offer a chance for a complete cure.
For the highest comfort of our patients, all procedures performed by our surgeons are carried out under local or general anesthesia. We offer a wide range of services - from tooth extractions, through exposure of impacted teeth and hemisection, to implant placement and activities preparatory to prosthetic treatment. Thanks to modern, professional equipment and the constantly developing skills of our surgeons, we prove that even the most complicated procedures can be painless and stress-free.
We provide our patients with professional care from a maxillofacial surgeon. Dental surgery includes procedures related to any abnormalities that may occur in the oral cavity. It deals with, among others, neoplasms, periodontal and mucous membrane diseases, and malocclusion. Individual procedures in the field of dental surgery are in some cases recommended by specialists during periodontological, root canal and orthodontic treatment. They then complement the basic treatment.

We approach surgical treatment comprehensively and professionally. The safety and well-being of our patients are most important to us, which is why each procedure is preceded by a consultation with a specialist. During the first visit, the surgeon will check the condition of your oral cavity, diagnose the problem and create an individual treatment plan for you.
At the Adenta Clinic, we perform the following dental surgery procedures:
We are well aware that the need for tooth extraction can sometimes cause anxiety and stress in patients. However, this is completely unnecessary. What once could cause pain, today, thanks to modern treatment methods and anesthesia, will be completely imperceptible to you. Tooth extraction takes place in fully comfortable conditions under local anesthesia (if the patient so wishes). The patient remains fully conscious during the procedure, but does not feel any discomfort associated with tooth removal. In our office, we also perform extractions in the case of fully or partially impacted teeth.
It is worth emphasizing that tooth extraction is usually performed as a last resort - when there is no possibility of further treatment. Thanks to such a procedure, we have the opportunity to, among others, stop the development of oral or gum diseases or relieve the patient's pain. In some cases, tooth removal is also support for orthodontic treatment.
Tooth extraction with anesthesia is a procedure that requires proper preparation. In addition to maintaining proper oral hygiene, it is worth remembering that for about 2 hours after the extraction you will not be able to eat or drink. A meal before a visit to the office will therefore be a good solution. However, remember that immediately before the procedure itself, you should only drink water.
One of the most popular dental surgery procedures is the extraction of wisdom teeth. In some cases, it is recommended directly by orthodontists so that the process of correcting malocclusion is effective and the erupting wisdom teeth do not lead to tooth displacement.
Other indications for wisdom tooth removal may include:
