Missing teeth are not an obstacle on the way to a beautiful smile.
Implants are one of the most similar and modern solutions to replace one or more lost teeth. This small titanium screw, when inserted into the bone, can replace the root of a tooth. A tooth crown is mounted on the gingival part. The color and shape are individually selected for each patient, thanks to which the implant together with the crown will beautifully complement the beauty of the smile.

usually made of porcelain, matched in color and shape to the adjacent teeth, adjusted in the bite.

At the Adenta dental clinic, we use the Swiss company Immediateload's Premium Class implant systems, which meet the latest dental standards. After the implant is made, each of them is subjected to very precise quality control. The implants used in our clinic have been clinically tested in many centers around the world and are used by leading clinics. In addition, the implant is covered with a special coating that predisposes to the formation of bone cells (osteocytes), thanks to which better integration with the bone occurs. This provides a stable and durable foundation, ensuring their durability.

Check-up visit to the dentist
First, a general medical history is taken. The condition of the teeth and the possibility of replacing missing teeth with implants are assessed. The basic diagnostic examination is a panoramic X-ray (valid for two years). Then you need to perform additional tests, such as:
Based on these tests, we determine when, how and what implant will be implanted and whether additional procedures are not necessary, e.g. bone grafting with a bone substitute material, or sinus lift. The appropriate treatment option is individually selected.
Implant placement
The implant placement procedure itself is performed in a very precise manner. The anesthesia is local. After the procedure, the patient receives a number of recommendations that should be followed, but they do not differ from the standard recommendations after a surgical procedure. Swelling may occur, but usually the patient can return to their activities the next day. If it is an aesthetic section or at the patient's request, a temporary restoration is made.
Check-up visit
Usually a week or two after the procedure, there is a check-up visit, during which the implant placement site is checked. If there is such a need, a small spot X-ray is also taken for control. Subsequent visits take place according to the doctor's recommendations.
Prosthetic restoration
Prosthetic restorations are usually made 3 to 6 months after the implant has healed. Impressions with transfers are taken, the color of the tooth is selected and a prosthetic restoration is made in the technical laboratory, which is then placed on the implant.
